New Issue of Simon Says Highlights Interactive Battle Map and Business Librarian

Simon Says, CSU Libraries' newsletter, provides great insight about CSU’s upcoming events for National Library Week, CSU Archives, and many other exciting additions in the library. Readers are encouraged to review Simon Says about the new interactive battle map and the recent additions.

Experience the Battle of Columbus through this interactive map created by CSU Archives which includes troop placements and defensive fortifications. Often called the Last Battle of the Civil War, the Battle of Columbus took place on April 16, 1865, just a few days after Lee’s surrender at Appomattox on April 9, 1865.




The Schwob Library introduces Alison Sperry as the new Business Librarian and Government Documents Coordinator. Alison’s subject areas include the following:
