Thursday April 16, CSU Libraries will sponsor a Bookmark
Contest and Exhibition. This exhibition is one of the many events to
celebrate National Library Week.
Various bookmark submissions will be exhibited for viewing
and judging on Thursday, on the first floor of the Simon Schwob Memorial Library,
from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Faculty, staff, and students are invited to view and are encouraged to vote for their favorite bookmark.
The winning design will receive 100 copies of his/her
bookmark made and a $25 Amazon Gift Card. Bookmark submission guidelines were available on
CSU’s
National Library Week Itinerary for interested participants. Winners will be announced on Friday, April 17.
The bookmark exhibition and contest is one of the last
scheduled events for Library Week for CSU libraries. Following National Library
Week, Friends
of Libraries Book Sale will be held on April 17 and 21-22, 2015.
Patrons and students of the library and faulty and staff members are encouraged to participate and vote for his or her favorite bookmark. For more information about the Bookmark Exhibition and
